As a writer, I use a lot of free stock images. I believe we must optimize their usage as they help manage the cost of photos. If you are writer and love to accompany your articles with an image, you must switch to using stock images. The number of incredible websites offering you plethora of images is not funny. I am spoilt for choices often when I surf through the stock image websites, even for lesser known topics. The variety and width of ranges of photos available leaves me breathless. It is a world of majesty and wonder.
Why Do I Use Free Stock Images: They are easy to find, they add glitz to my articles and there is more than one image to choose from for any topic. Whether I a writing on Human Resources ( I love writing on HR the most); on photography, music, career guidance, I am amazed at the number of images that pop up on my search for the perfect photo for my article.
I Optimize Their Usage To The Last Time: Thanks to my favorite stock photo websites, even if some photos come with a cap on the number of times I can use it, I use them a lot. There are some of my favorite images that I use multiple times in many articles with related topics. And why not? If I am buying royalty free stock images, I may as well use them as much. They are my images, well, not exactly. Royalty Free images can be used by multiple people, multiple times. But who cares? I can use them wherever and whenever I want to. So, next time you read two of my articles and find the same image, you would smile since you now know the secret.
I love The Fact That I Manage The Cost Of Photos: Traditionally, writers are not known to make pots of money and imagine if I had to spend most of my earnings to buy images for my articles? You wouldn't recommend that, right? Each time if I had to get a photographer, lights etc and arrange for a photo shoot, in various locations, on various objects (I write on almost any and everything on this planet), I my career as a writer would soon be a thing of past. So, I turn to stock photos for the ease of availability and manage the cost of photos quite efficiently. Again, thanks to my favorite stock images websites. Once I buy them (and they are rather inexpensive), they are mine to be used and I don't mind paying that much to add the color and form to my articles.
You don't have to give me all the brownies for telling you about the free stock images, you can start to earn yours too. Optimize their Usage and Manage The Cost of Photos, I will smile the knowing smile when I read your articles.
